Reach Out & Tell Us About Your Project
Please contact us through our 'Get a Quote' page OR email us at landryrenovationsandrepair@gmail.com and tell us what you're thinking - full remodel, kitchen, bathroom, ready to finish your basement and double your square footage? Maybe you just have a small repair job or a 'honey-do' list. Tell us about your project(s)!
We might have a few questions about your timeline, vision, and budget, but you will receive no pressure from us - just conversation.

On-Site Visit
We schedule a visit to walk through the space with you, grab some preliminary measurements if needed, and talk through the ideas and options. This is where we will identify any obvious challenges, offer some recommendations, and make sure the project and results are realistic.

Clear Pricing & Agreement
After the visit, we provide a clear, detailed estimate outlining the scope of the work, materials, and timelines, including what is included (and what is not). Once everything looks good, we finalize the agreement and schedule your project. Deposits are due 30 days in advance of the project start date.

Not totally sure on the design yet? No problem. If you need help bringing your ideas together, you can check out our Design Partners page to connect with designers we trust and regularly work with.

At this stage, we can loop in our plumber and electrician (when needed) to provide accurate quotes - so everything is planned properly before construction begins.

Build, Communicate, Deliver
Our crew gets to work - on schedule and with ongoing communication. We keep you informed, maintain a clean job site, and deliver quality craftsmanship from start to finish. The final balance is due upon completion, once everyone is satisfied with our work - we promise you will be!
